Kelly Ebersole

Clinical Support Specialist

Kelly Ebersole is our clinical specialist. She earned her bachelor’s in social work from Cairn University with an honors thesis concentrated on the cathartic properties of music in the processing grief. She was the recipient of the Social Work Practice Award for integrity and commitment to the field. During her scholastic time, she volunteered at the Lower Bucks Addiction Task Force to address substance use in the community. Through her educational internships she acquired a diverse range of experience in the field.

She implemented the Sanctuary Model in a therapeutic nursery setting at the Children’s Crisis Treatment Center. Here she applied trauma informed practices and copying mechanisms with traumatized youth. At Family Promise of Morris County, she aided clients suffering from homelessness in gaining stabilized housing through her role as case manager of the emergency shelter program. She is passionate about her work as she values the infinite worth of each person and her mission is to empower others through loving service. She is grateful to be a part of the team at Absolute Awakenings and looks forward to furthering their mission to, “provide long term recovery for those struggling with addiction/alcoholism.”
