Kim earned both her bachelors in social work and masters in social work from Rutgers University, earning academic awards and achievements. After working in the field and seeing the impact trauma had on the clients she served, Kim became passionate about helping individuals overcome both addiction and trauma. After completing graduate school, Kim went on to become trained in EMDR therapy.

Kim has dedicated her life to helping others overcome the disease of addiction. In addition to her work here, Kim is the on call clinician at Parents Support Group of NJ, helping parents navigate through the destruction of their child’s disease. She has organized community events and had guest speaking appearances, raising awareness of the impact addiction has on individuals, families, and  communities and the stigma surrounding this devastating disease. She is passionate about watching clients become motivated for change and build lives they never believed possible. As clinical director, she is involved in every aspect of client care.

She is dedicated to building a strong therapeutic relationship with every client and loved one who has been impacted by this disease. She understands what it takes to get and stay sober and is committed to helping others recognize recovery is possible. Kim seeks to empower every individual who walks through our door to take control back of their lives and finds reward within watching them transform into healthier, happier versions of themselves.
