Detox Placement

Detox is the vital first step on the path to recovery. But you don’t have to rely solely on willpower and struggle with painful and potentially dangerous withdrawal symptoms on your own. A medically-assisted detox is the safest and most reliable form of detox available.

This process allows you to detox in comfort, with reduced symptoms, and under the constant monitoring of field specialists and medical professionals. Absolute Awakenings is proud to partner with the finest New Jersey detox centers to facilitate the first phase of your recovery.

Partial Care

Our Partial Care Program (PCP) is an alternative to hospitalization services and provides clinical treatment solutions in our safe and supportive environment. Designed as an outcome-based intervention, PCP is intended for individuals who require an increased level of care over an outpatient program.

Intensive Outpatient

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) strikes an effective balance between standard outpatient programs and our PCP. It offers a higher level of care than outpatient while still granting the freedom for you to live at home and maintain many of your obligations.

Outpatient Program

Our Outpatient Program is the most flexible treatment option and is ideal for those who are already finding success in higher levels of treatment or have completed an IOP or PCP program. An outpatient program is where you begin to reintegrate your daily obligations and hobbies more completely.

Co-Occurring Disorders

Many Substance Use Disorders are aggravated by the presence of underlying mental health issues, known as Co-Occurring Disorders. Under these conditions, it can be increasingly challenging to pursue personal recovery.
A traumatic experience or event doesn’t have to last forever. Our trauma-informed programming promises a delicate approach to maintaining client safety while still maintaining an outcome-driven model to promote long-term recovery.

Trauma-Informed Care

In some cases, alcohol or substance use starts as a mechanism to cope with past or present trauma. While this may provide immediate relief, it is always temporary, ineffective, and exceedingly dangerous.

Recovery Capital

Recovery Capital is the investment one makes into life, relationships, community, career, school, and hobbies. These are the things that you love most and do not wish to sacrifice due to ongoing alcohol or substance use.
Rebuilding recovery capital is how you sustain a life of sobriety and lasting recovery. A proven catalyst for long-term success, recovery capital helps you maintain your new, productive, and healthy life over the chaotic habits and patterns of the past.
